Big Announcement!

We've got something exciting to announce, but first let me start by saying Happy Holidays from all of the Secret Language crew. This may be our last blog post of 2011 so just want to take a minute to thank anyone and everyone who's come out to support us this past year. Things are slowly starting to ramp up for us and it's entirely thanks to our friends, family, and fans. Hope you all have a fantastic and merry Chrismahanukawzikah and a happy new year! So with that out of the way...

WE'RE PLAYING RECHER!

We're excited to get a chance to play on a stage that's been graced by so many fantastic musicians over the years (I mean to play on the same stage as Flickerstick? Cross that off my bucket list) and can't wait to show our stuff to what will hopefully be a big crowd. This of course brings us to the main point of this posting which is YOU! It's great to be offered a show at a place like Recher, and we certainly appreciate their efforts to support local music with their spotlight showcases. By giving an unknown band such as us the benefit of a large stage, professional sound, and a generally high quality venue, it then puts the onus on us to make their "investment" worthwhile by selling tickets and bringing in an audience. Basically, the long and the short of it is that this is a huge show for us, so if you enjoy listening to Secret Language and want to see us play bigger and better places in the future, please make an effort to come out and support. We will do our part by putting on a great show, you do yours by showing up!

Also if you haven't already go give us a like on Facebook so we can start to feel good about ourselves (Sven especially could use the pick me up).
